We are really happy – Beatrice and I – to inform you of the arrival of Lynne Booth in 2018 in this beautiful region of the Drôme Provençale for the first time. Lynne usually teaches on Toulouse but she responded enthusiastically to our invitation and is happy to share her latest protocols and techniques.
On 22 and 23 September 2018, you will be immersed in the teaching of VRT (Vertical Reflexology Therapy) and will discover, as you practice, the innovative techniques that make the success of this method (Lynne Booth Method).
Created and developed twenty years ago, this method has been taught internationally to more than 8000 reflexologists and was awarded in 2011 the prestigious award given by “the highly commended Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine (ICNM)” for her “outstanding contribution in Alternative Medicine”.
VRT is unique in its kind, original both in its approach and in its techniques; it consists of using the body weight of the person (so-called “support method”) by practicing a quick reflexological touch on the dorsal surfaces of the patient’s feet and hands.
VRT is a “care” in itself, fast and efficient, but can also be included in a classic reflexology session, completing it effectively.

The Course Schedule
The first day: 9h00 (administrative) – beginning of the course 9h30 – 13h00 / 14h00 – 17h30
The second day: 9:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 17:00
For breaks, regardless of what we offer, we suggest the cupcakes “homemade” or other to discover according to your regions and share. In 2016 the conviviality of “breaks” remains in our olfactory memory !!
Remember to bring something to write for those who need to take notes.
Accommodation
We are on the commune of Vinsobres in Drôme Provençale, on the site of “La Bohème” in the middle of vineyards with a view of the Ventoux where Neige and Frédéric, both from the artistic community, welcome us.
The work room, lodgings and lunches (12,50 €) are on site.
There are 4 gites for 2 people and 1 gite for 3 people. Price of lodgings 80 € or 40 € per person / night ..
Neige has negotiated for us at “Auberge du Petit Bistrot de Vinsobres” rooms at 40 € per person / night. It is located in the village 2.5km from La Bohème.
