Terms & Conditions for Courses

For All Courses organised by Booth VRT Ltd

Statement
  1. Allocation of places on the course will be at the discretion of Booth VRT Ltd on a strictly first come, first served basis.
  2. All payment will be in Sterling by cheque, cash, debit or credit card.
  3. Payments can be made in full in advance at any time.
  4. Liquid refreshments will be provided during the day, but lunch, dinner and accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate. Advice on accommodation will be given on request.
  5. The seminars will start with registration on the first day at 9:30am for 10:00am (as advised) and finish at 5:00pm. Please arrive in good time, and note second and third days of the seminar can often start earlier.
  6. The seminar notes are strictly copyrighted and may not be reproduced or used for teaching purposes without written permission from Booth VRT, MNT-NR International or other organisations who teach for Booth VRT.
  7. In the event that a potential delegate wishes to cancel a place on a course the deposit paid will be forfeited unless the place can be filled.
  8. In line with other reflexology training organisations, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the reflexology tuition.
  9. Booth VRT Ltd does not accept responsibility for change or cancellation of workshop or speaker due to circumstances beyond their control. Every effort will be made to contact participants in advance and your payment will be refunded in full. Booth VRT Ltd will not be held responsible for any additional damages or expenses incurred by the delegate as a result of course cancellation.
 
Cancellation Policy for all VRT Courses
  1. All cancellations must be sent in writing or by email to: contact@boothvrt.com
  2. Your course fee contains a stated non-returnable deposit on your confirmation sheet.
  3. Cancellations received 29 calendar days or more before the course start date will be entitled to a full refund on the balance contained in your payment.
  4. Cancellations received between 15 and 28 calendar days (inclusive) before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance contained in your payment.
  5. Late cancellations received between 1 day and 14 days (inclusive) prior to the course start date, will have no refund given.
  6. Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as late cancellation and no refund will be given.
 
Cancellation Policy specifically for Nerve Reflexology Courses
 
  1. Even with the greatest of intentions, cancellations can happen after you have booked. Trip Insurance is recommended to protect your investment.
  2. If you cancel over 13 weeks from the start of the first workshop you have booked, we will refund you in full less £50 handling charge.
  3. If you cancel over 7 weeks from the start of the first workshop you have booked, we will refund 50% of the fee paid.
  4. No refund will be made for any cancellation made 7 weeks or less before the workshops begin, unless the place can be filled.
  5. Refunds for Levels 2 and 3 will be given if places can be filled.
  6. If you are flying to the workshop, we recommend that you purchase refundable airline tickets. We also suggest Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event that you have to cancel for health reasons or if, for any unforeseen reason, the workshop is cancelled. There are many companies that provide trip interruption or cancellation insurance.
  7. Refunds over these amounts may be given if your place can be filled.
